Once your order leaves the door, you will receive an e-mail with all tracking information. The delivery times can depend on the current situation.

We ship to Belgium (Bpost - €5,99) & the Netherlands (PostNL - €6,99) with a delivery time of 3-5 working days.

We ship to Luxembourg and Germany (Bpost) at the rate of €10.00 with a delivery time of 5-7 working days. Free shipping over €150.
​
We ship to France (Bpost) at the rate of €10.00 with a delivery time of 5-7 business days. Free shipping over €150.
​
We ship to Switzeland & all other EU-countries at the rate of €20.00 with a delivery time of 5-7 business days. With free shipping over €150.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES/RETURN POLICY
We understand if you’re not completely satisfied with your order. It’s always
possible you chose the wrong size or color.
Don’t worry about it! You can return or exchange your articles within
a 14 -day period.
How? Just follow the next easy steps:
First off: send an e-mail to hello@oti-kidswear.be to declare your return and the intention. Please mention your
- name and address
- the order number of the article you want to return/exchange
- whether you want a refund, or exchange the article for a different size
- the bank account you want the amount refunded.
Step 2: send back your article(s) to head office :

You can easily drop your return package at the nearest post office.
The shipment costs will be on your expense.
Please note that your returned article(s) must be received by us within 14 days
after delivery.

Almost there: After receipt of your return and inspection of the returned article(s), the price of purchase will be refunded within 7 days into the bank account that was filled in. If you want an exchange, we will resend the article you ask for if it’s
still in stock. If not, we will contact you per mail. An exchange is only possible for a
different size/colour of the same article. If you want another article, you will have to place a new order trough the webshop. In this case, the returned article will be refunded.
We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.
We cannot accept returns of items on sale.

ADDITIONAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Our policy lasts 14 days. That means, you have 14 days to change your mind and return
your article(s). After this period, we can’t accept your returns.

You have to understand that we can’t exchange or refund articles that are used, worn or damaged by usage. Also make sure that the price label is still
attached to the article. In general, the article has to be sent back in its original state. If these conditions aren’t fulfilled, we can’t accept your return.
